Pass outs
Pass outs are allowed. You must continue to wear your wristband. If you choose to leave the site, re-entry will be subject to capacity at time of return. If site is full, entry will be one out, one in.
Tokens
Payment at all beer & cider bars is by token only. You will receive your first £4 token on entry so you can go straight to the bar. Additional tokens are available from the tent on the left hand side just inside the entrance at £10 a time.
Unused value on part used tokens can be refunded to the nearest full pound but we would encourage all unused value to be donated to St Clement’s – a registered charity.
Children
The festival welcomes well behaved children on Saturday from 1pm – 7pm.
A range of activities for small children will be provided on the lawn to the front of the church (St Clement’s Road side) organised by Chorlton CofE Primary School PTA.
Please note that children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. If your children are found to be disturbing the enjoyment of other festival goers, you may be asked to leave.
All under 18s must be off the festival grounds by 7pm to comply with the terms of our license.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs on leads are permitted at the festival. With the exception of guide dogs, dogs are not permitted in either beer hall.
Dogs are not allowed in the children’s activities area on the St Clement’s Road side of the church.
You are responsible for removing your dog’s waste.
If your dog is found to be disturbing the enjoyment of other festival visitors, we reserve the right to ask you to remove your dog from the festival grounds.
Cash Machine
There is no cash machine on the festival site. The nearest machines are at the Co-op on Barlow Moor Road next to the bus station and at the “four banks” crossroads in the centre of Chorlton.
It will be possible to pay for entrance by card but please bring all the cash you need for beer & cider tokens.
