Pass outs are allowed. You must continue to wear your wristband. If you choose to leave the site, re-entry will be subject to capacity at time of return. If site is full, entry will be one out, one in.

Tokens

Payment at all beer, cider & gin bars is by token only. Tokens are available from the tent on the left hand side just inside the entrance in £10 and £20 sheets. Your server will strike out the value of each drink you purchase.

Tokens can be purchased with cash or card.

Unused value on part used tokens can be refunded to the nearest full pound only but we would encourage all unused value to be donated to St Clement’s – a registered charity. We would encourage you to only purchase the value of tokens you intend to use – partial tokens to top up value of one last pint can be purchased at the tokens desk (card payments only, the tokens desk does not have change).

Children

The festival welcomes well behaved children on Saturday from 1pm – 7pm. Children will be admitted free of charge.

A range of activities for small children will be provided on the lawn to the front of the church (St Clement’s Road side) organised by Chorlton CofE Primary School PTA.

Please note that children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. If your children are found to be disturbing the enjoyment of other festival goers, you may be asked to leave.

You are responsible for removing your dog’s waste.

If your dog is found to be disturbing the enjoyment of other festival visitors, we reserve the right to ask you to remove your dog from the festival grounds.
