Metrolink
The nearest Metrolink stop is Chorlton which is approximately 0.5 miles away. From the station platform take the stairs up onto Wilbraham Road and turn right. Continue past Morrissons supermarket to the “one bank” junction with Barlow Moor Road (sadly only Nat West remains of the famous four banks). Continue across the junction for approximately 250 metres to The Lloyds pub. Take a left down the side of The Lloyds onto Manchester Road. The entrance to St Clements is on the next junction.
Buses
From Manchester:
The most frequent buses from Manchester are the 85, 85A & 86 which all depart from Piccadilly Gardens. There are 10 buses an hour during daytime and 7 buses and hour evenings.
On arrival in Chorlton alight at the Chorlton Cross junction – for the 86 this is the stops after passing the closed Chorlton Cross Shopping precinct on your right; for the 85 it is immediately after passing Electrik & Dulcimer bars and turning left. From the junction of Barlow Moor Road and Wilbraham Road continue down Wilbraham Road (BoyleSports and Barclays on your left, “Mr Floors” on your right). At The Lloyds pub, turn left onto Manchester Road. The festival is at the junction of Manchester Road & Edge Lane.
The 84 bus runs from Manchester to Chorlton Green stopping on St Clements Road just outside the festival entrance daytimes only (therefore only serving the festival on Saturday afternoon).
