We also have a selection of tonics. You can follow our recommendations for garnish or try your own combinations.

DRY – Manchester Three Rivers Gin
Punchy juniper and spicy pepper are balanced by vanilla and cardamom. Exceptionally smooth yet
robust.
Born at Manchester’s first-ever dedicated distillery which has recently gone out of business.
Only a few bottles left.
Garnish with herbs and citrus.
CITRUS – Stockport Gin Twist of Lime
A citrus-forward London Dry Gin made with fresh lime peel giving a sharp and zesty citrus flavour.
You’ll find their distillery and shop in the centre of Stockport along Petersgate, where they also
offer tours and host events. Awarded Best Gin In Britain at The Gin Guide Awards 2022.
Garnish with citrus.
FRUITY – Manchester Blackberry Infused
Its bold blackberry aroma is bolstered by crisp juniper.
A third of each bottle is made up of blackberry juice.
Garnish with lemon and soft fruit.
SWEET – Three Wrens Apple Crumble
Crisp apples, toasted oats and warm cinnamon: It’s distilled dessert in a glass! The distillery hosts tastings, tours and gin-making experiences deep in the Cheshire countryside near Cholmondeley castle.
Garnish with apple.
HERBAL/SPICY – Thomas Dakin
Considered one of the pioneers of Gin, Thomas Dakin started his distillery in 1761 on Bridge Street, Warrington.
This is a traditional juniper-led gin enlivened with horseradish and pepper. Still produced in Warrington by Greenalls.
Serve with coriander leaves.
