Chorlton Beer & Cider Festival is entirely staffed by volunteers. The festival is open from Thursday afternoon until Saturday night, but there’s much more involved than just that. We need people to help with setting the festival up in the week before the festival opens. We also need volunteers to help break the festival down after the festival is over. Setup starts on Sunday 29th June and continues during the week until we open on Thursday. Takedown starts on the Saturday night, and continues Sunday 6th July.

There are many roles at the festival, and not all require strength and/or stamina. There are plenty of more sedate roles. Let us know what you’d like to be involved in, if you have any preferred areas to work, and if you have any special skills that might be useful to the festival.

We have volunteers from the Church, the community, and CAMRA members. You do not need to be a CAMRA member to volunteer or work on the bars. This is a community event so get involved!
